Raising Support ticket for defective tablet

Tabschool provides impeccable hardware solutions to educational organizations. Due to bulk orders, rarely are some of the tablets defective. If you have received a defective tablet(s) then follow the steps to raise the ticket. 

Know your Hardware Warranty

All Tabschool tablets come with 1 year of warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms that come along with tablets. 
Tabschool also provides a 7-day replacement warranty if the tablet is defective or dead on arrival. 

How to raise a hardware ticket?

  1. Visit > https://tabschoolindia.zohodesk.com/portal/en/home
  2. Sign up or Sign in if you already have an account
  3. Click on > Submit a Ticket. 
  4. Add Subject > Defective Tablet Received 
  5. Mention the issue in the Description box.
  6. Attach the Invoice
  7. Select > Product Name 
  8. Select Priority to > High
  9. Select classifications > Problem
  10. Record the Video of the problem and Upload. 
Once, the support ticket is raised,Our support executives will get back to you within 24 hours.
